Nebahat Aral Yılmaz received her M. Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Textile Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. She carried out post-doctoral research at Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC /Barcelona). She worked as assistant professor at Yeditepe University, Materials Science and Nanotechnology Engineering Department between 2020-2026. She remains actively involved in leading academic and industrial projects and providing consultancy.
