Dr. Lennart Hofeditz is a postdoctoral researcher and Head of the Mobile Extended Reality (MXR) Lab at the Institute for Business Process Management and IT (GEMIT) Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences, as well as an expert in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation at Siemens Mobility. His expertise spans human-centered AI, AI ethics, Extended Reality (XR), digital innovation, and digital business models. As a mentor, he combines academic research with industry experience to help teams develop innovative, responsible, and sustainable business solutions.
