Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) are essential parts of the core values and goals we wish to achieve. We are committed to being as diverse as the people we intend to serve. It is proven that teams of diverse backgrounds and cultures working together create higher results and are more adept at understanding different ideals and perspectives. We work hard to make sure everyone is respected, treated equally, and celebrated for who they are. Improving our practices is an ongoing mission, and we are continuously looking for ways to make FAIRFASHION a more inclusive and equitable workplace
At the heart of the FAIR FASHION project, we integrate sustainability, digitalisation, and diversity into fashion and textiles education.
We aim to include and not discriminate against, and not limited to, individuals with cultural differences, disability and physicality, mental and social well-being, age, gender, race, religion, political views or sexual orientation. We further aim to address the digital divide by designing solutions for all digital literacy levels.
At FAIR FASHION we apply a Student-Centric Approach using case studies, simulations, bootcamps and mentoring to ensure practical, real-world learning experiences. In our approach, we cater to diverse backgrounds and needs, fostering an inclusive educational environment.
We aim to teach students to understand and counteract biases in AI-driven consumer trends and marketing. We aim to equip them with the capabilities to assess digital influences in fashion retail. Furthermore, we, as FAIR FASHION, aim to be as transparent about our AI use throughout the project by referencing any used tools in our sources.
We aim to distribute our results and findings in openly accessible channels with open licenses and special needs usability. We furthermore ensure that our content is culturally relevant and optimised for automatic translations, whereas our primary language is English.
We assure that our content is of the utmost quality following our set of Quality Measurement Reports in alignment with Erasmus+ guidelines.
